The British Isles have had an enormous impact upon the [re]discovery and preservation of their unique folk music heritage, with many composers incorporating traditional tunes and melodies into timeless arrangements and scores. Here are five folk songs, entusiastically arranged for horn quartet in the character of their sources: Brian Boru's March, The Ash Grove, The Bonnie Lass o' Fyvie, She Moved Through the Fair, and The Fox.
